Small bag, but plenty of meat. From 3.5 kg of raw meat, we dry 1 kg of jerky. Each bag therefore delivers maximum protein with minimum excess weight.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
We use durable pouches with an aluminum layer that withstand rain, dirt, and rough handling. To preserve flavor and proper texture, we use carbon dioxide. Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. When stored properly, our jerky lasts up to one year – if you can resist... :)
