Small bag, but plenty of meat. From 3.5 kg of raw meat, we dry 1 kg of jerky. That means every bag delivers maximum protein with minimal excess weight.
PACKAGING & STORAGE
We use durable pouches with an aluminum layer that can withstand rain, dirt, and rough handling. To preserve flavor and proper texture, we use carbon dioxide. Store in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Properly stored jerky lasts for one year – if you can resist... :)
